Pet fees are extra in addition to rent.

-One time non-refundable pet fee $295 per pet

-Monthly pet fee: Dog $75 each 

-Monthly pet fee: Cat $50 each

-Some homes are not pet friendly.

If there are appliances in the home you may use until proven in an unworkable condition, then the tenant provides their own.
